Technology Trends Impacting Enterprise Business Environment

Truly innovative companies are maximizing their investments in traditional enterprise systems by mobilizing the user experience with the systems. This is an exciting trend, but fraught with challenges as CIOs strive to secure confidential data, control costs, and provides support.

An effective way to address the challenges is to create a group within IT that is responsible for developing policies and standards for mobile development. The group can build mobile applications for other development teams or educate other teams on best practices.
